Chilealimentos is a business union association, without profit aims, founded in January 1943, which reunites the following productive activities:

·        Processed Fruits and Vegetables

o        Canned foods, Vegetables, Fruit Puree Concentrates and Jams

o        Dried and Dehydrated foods / Dehydrated Vegetables

o        Frozen Fruits and Vegetables

o        Concentrated Fruits and Vegetable Juices

·        Cookies, Candies and  chocolates, soft drinks and other products

·        Sea Canned food

Our principal objectives, focused in our mission are:

·        Empower processed food production

·        Diffuse, among associates, scientific advances and manufacturing procedures, maintenance, parking and distribution of products; industrial rationalization systems and any other method which propend to technical, financial or commercial development of its associates.

·        Create and collect statistics, information and market precedents and about production and processed food consumption.

·        Conduct, in front of the correspondent organizations, the making of trials with foreign countries or commercial contracts in order to give facilities to the access of the associated products to the respective markets.

·        Empower technical preparation of personal in charge of industries’ tasks.

·        Represent and defend associates in any kind of negotiation, or request made to Public Powers, Government Organizations and any other kind of individuals or institution.

·        Maintain and reinforce the solidarity spirit and laces among its members.
